Happy Transformers TCG Day 2026! Eight years ago today, the Transformers Trading Card Game’s first major release, Wave 1, debuted in North America, with international locations receiving the game shortly thereafter. This year’s Transformers TCG Day gallery will take us through the themes of renewal and regeneration in this year’s game – with much more to come in the approaching 12 months. Roll out!

Happy #transformerstcgday! For the past year, the theme around the game has been around "renewal" and "regeneration".

First, any trading card game needs new cards - and last Transformers TCG Day, we revealed a record number of cards on various social media accounts to celebrate upcoming releases.

Next, we wanted to recenter the community game back to where it should have always been: the players, regardless of experience, format, medium, level of access, or clique. So we forged the All Are One Ideals, as a mission statement to our renewed focus as builders for the game.

In October, a surprise announcement: a new Versus set attached to Org Wave 9: War|Void called "Marvelous Heroes VS Rising Villains" entered Public Beta. This Marvel UK versus Rise of the Beasts clash would serve as a low-entry introduction to War|Void's new mechanics. (More on this Versus set very shortly)

Before TFcon LA 2026, we wondered, "How can we beat the 1000 free TFcon Packs 1 we gave away at TFcon LA 2025?" So we gave away 2,385 free TFcon Packs 2! Over 69,000 Transformers TCG cards were given away. You can still get your own at the Store!

Also, we wanted to make progress on a definitive site and archive for everything the Transformers TCG not only was and is, but what it's becoming. So we finally launched transformerstcg.org: the premier website and resource for the modern Transformers TCG.

Then we threw a bunch of videos on it! Today, over 2,000 Transformers TCG vides can be viewed in chronological oder on the tftcg.org videos page. And we're adding and archiving even more.

Since the website launch, we've been working diligently on: Org Wave 9: War|Void and its Versus set. db: the next-generation TFTCG deck builder. With that, we have one more thing for Transformers TCG Day 2026:
