Transformers TCG Rulings

This page collects card-by-card rulings and clarifications, organized by Wave. The Wave and Tournament FAQs below are official, originally published by Wizards of the Coast and hosted on the Wizards Play Network. The Rules Roundups are a mix: some are official Wizards of the Coast posts, and some are from the Aequitas Committee, a community rules body (not Hasbro or Wizards of the Coast) that operated from 2020–2022 with the intent of serving as a central ruling authority for the whole Transformers TCG community. Each roundup below is labeled by source.

Now that the game is in a cancelled state and Hasbro has taken down the resources that previously supported the official content, we’re reproducing it here under Hasbro’s Fan Content Policy, as part of transformerstcg.org’s role as the community continuation of the game. The Aequitas Committee content is reproduced as community material, not as anything official.

Rules Roundups

Rules Roundups were periodic posts answering community rules questions as they came up, rather than a single organized FAQ. Wizards of the Coast published them regularly through 2019 into 2020; the Aequitas Committee continued the format afterward.
