Illegal deck! You cannot use Heroic Spotlight with FortMax with a Decepticon Head on Cerebros. Joe will be punished. As well as replacing Brisko and Heroic Spotlight with Kreb. Which should make this game back to being legal with 3 Fuel Caches since Kevin never got Cerebros to 11 damage?
